Which visit should I choose as a new client?
Choose the first consultation. It allows time for both mapping and treatment.
Does the treatment hurt?
Some areas can feel tender. Tell Rune as you go so the pressure can be adjusted. Sharp, strange or clearly wrong pain should not be pushed through.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. PainFreeU Clinic does not replace medical care, and Rune does not provide a medical diagnosis.
Can I book online guidance?
Yes. The video consultation is one-to-one guidance where Rune demonstrates self-help techniques.
