Lower back pain after standing all day?

When the lower back feels heavy after a long day, doing many random exercises can make the signal harder to read. PainFreeU starts with one test.

First check: Choose one safe movement: bending slightly, standing upright or walking a few steps. Rate the pain from 0 to 10, test one passage, then repeat the same movement.

Use the 0 to 10 loop

Write down the number before you do anything. After the first step, measure the same movement or feeling again. The goal is not to prove anything. The goal is to listen to the body with less guessing.

Stop signals: Stop and get medical advice for trauma, fever, loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness in the groin, leg weakness or severe unexplained pain.

Next step

If the signal is mild and familiar, PFU Pocket can guide you through the first measured step. If the signal is severe, new or unclear, do not use this as medical advice.
