Neck pain after sleeping? Check the signal first

A stiff neck in the morning can make you want to stretch hard right away. PainFreeU starts calmer: measure rotation, test one passage, and compare the response.

First check: Turn your head slowly to each side and rate the most limited side from 0 to 10. After one first step, measure the same turn again.

Write down the number before you do anything. After the first step, measure the same movement or feeling again. The goal is not to prove anything. The goal is to listen to the body with less guessing.

Stop signals: Stop and get medical help if neck pain comes with fever, severe headache, confusion, weakness, numbness, trauma or a sudden unusual pain.
